Peplum Jacket by Gerties in Eiffel Tower

A new incredible fabric and shape by Gerties!  This little peplum jacket has the cutest oversized fit and can be worn more like a top or a jacket.  The fabric is so nice, with teeny tiny little pleats that feel like a silk crepe.  This style runs generous.
