Hand-made horsehair and silk taffeta swirled fascinator, trimmed with two hand-cut and sewn silk petal flowers, with hand-painted details. Secures with a felt-tipped metal headband and comb. All of our hats are made in NYC, USA. All hats are made with a drawstring on the inside to adjust for size and comfort.
